Hatha Integrated Yoga
Hatha yoga is a path toward creating balance and uniting opposites. In this class students will experience a satisfying physical practice through asana and pranayama (breathing techniques) while incorporating the meditative and spiritual aspects of yoga. Move mindfully toward a feeling of equanimity, mental calmness, emotional balance and overall sense of well-being. The teacher will offer yoga lifestyle insights and short passages from ancient and contemporary sources during savasana.
This class is a total integration on traditional & contemporary Yoga!
Prior yoga practice recommended.
This mixed level class is ideal for those students that feel comfortable and confident moving through basic poses. The poses will flow from one to another more quickly than on the beginner's level 1 class, therefore, students will be practicing more poses. Attendees should be aware that the teacher may not demonstrate everything, and may instead call out either the English or Sanskrit names of each pose. Expect to practice the basic poses from level one, but with some challenging poses added into the mix that require more strength, flexibility, and balance such as inversions, arm balancing and back bends.
Slow flow is practiced at a slower pace than regular Vinyasa style classes. You begin by centering in the breath in a seated or reclined position so that you can connect mind, body, and soul. Mindfully arranged so that each asana, posture, or movement offers a bridge between Beginner's Yoga and Vinyasa, expanding on Sun Salutations, building heat in flowing asana sequences. As the class goes on and the body begins to open up, the teacher will guide you to keep in tune with the intentions of your heart so that each movement is “placed in a special way.” Open to beginners and those wishing to broaden their horizons in the practice of yoga.

Consistent practice at least for 3 months.
The most challenging of all three levels, this level class is for the well-seasoned practitioner who's been practicing for a while, and has a strong understanding of how to do most yoga poses.
Expect to move faster and do more difficult poses such as the arm balance, forward bends, backbend, twists and inversions. Students don't have to already be masters of these advanced poses, but they should have a
desire to try them out. The teacher may
also ask you to partner up and try poses with a
New to the practice. Experience is not required.
The best bet for new or beginner practitioners. It's also an appropriate class for those recovering from an injury, are feeling low-energy, or are pregnant (although you'll have to make modifications to some poses). Expect to do a slower-paced flow of basic, common postures such as Downward Facing Dog, the hamstring openers, and seated forward bends. In this level 1 class, the teacher will demonstrate poses as they call out the English or Sanskrit names, to help you become familiar with them. The teacher may also begin to introduce more challenging poses as the student is ready. Modifications and adjustments will be offered thru the class.
