Stretch, Detox & Relax:
This 60 minute gentle pace yoga class is focused on stimulating, cleansing and detoxifying the body by using the power of deep breathing, stretching and holding yoga poses for extended period of time.
This variation of Yin yoga helps to improve flexibility and emphasis on the ability of the body to heal itself, thru extended periods of time and holding yoga poses, the body will go beyond the muscle tissue into the connective tissue, the fascia of the body - it's a great class for those recovering from injuries and perfect for athletes! Yin yoga is designed to literally open the body up, peeling away layers of stress, injury, and tension that reside within.
Mindfulness Guided Meditation
This 30-minute guided meditation class is focused on mindfulness and awakening the inner self. We will explore various styles of Meditation devoted to help overcome stress and connect to inner peacefulness. Many answers can be found within when we go still. Allow yourself to get into deep tranquility with the help of these guided meditation sessions. Experience how meditation can help in freeing and transforming negative emotions into happiness and well-being. No experience necessary. Come with open mind and heart. Session can be done lying down or sitting position.

Deep Stretch & Meditate / Yin Yoga
This is a great practice for anyone who is 'stiff' looking to improve flexibility, anyone looking to stretch their muscles back out from a more rigorous practice, and anyone looking to begin exploring meditation.
In this challenging class the teacher will guide you to a variety of floor poses that will be held for extended periods of time with the body relaxed to allow gravity time to work on the muscles, connective tissue, joints, and even the bones.
Because of the nature of the long holds, this class have a great therapeutic effect and gives a perfect time for inner-reflection and meditation as well as developing and cultivating a deeper awareness of both the body and the breath.
With care and consideration, almost anyone can derive benefit from a this practice, however as with any asana practice special care must be taken to cultivate the right attitude and approach to this unique practice for your individual body.
Consistent practice at least for 3 months.
The most challenging of all three levels, this level class is for the well-seasoned practitioner who's been practicing for a while, and has a strong understanding of how to do most yoga poses.
Expect to move faster and do more difficult poses such as the arm balance, forward bends, backbend, twists and inversions. Students don't have to already be masters of these advanced poses, but they should have a

Detox Power Yoga
A true total mind-body workout for those yogis looking for a boost in metabolism increases strength and flexibility. This 75 minute class is full of cardio and challenging dynamic Vinyasa series, meaning breath is linked to movement. You will move at a pace designed to build internal heat, engage and build core strength and focus on alignment and breath.
If you are looking to burn some extra calories, build healthy bone density, tone up those shoulders, biceps and core, and leave feeling calm, strong, refreshed and rejuvenated, this definitely is a class for you.
DESCRIPTION OF LEVELS AND CLASSES
This class is an energetic, creative, full-spectrum approach to embodying the flow of yoga. Students of all levels are empowered to experience prana - the universal source of breath, life-energy and conscious intelligence - as the navigating source of yoga practice and vital living. Practitioners learn classical and innovative approaches to vinyasa yoga and, through visualizations, breathing techniques and notes of inspiration the teacher will guide the students to a place of serenity where the focus is the flow of prana and balance chakras.

Hatha Integrated Yoga
Hatha yoga is a path toward creating balance and uniting opposites. In this class students will experience a satisfying physical practice through asana and pranayama (breathing techniques) while incorporating the meditative and spiritual aspects of yoga. Move mindfully toward a feeling of equanimity, mental calmness, emotional balance and overall sense of well-being. The teacher will offer yoga lifestyle insights and short passages from ancient and contemporary sources during savasana.
This class is a total integration on traditional & contemporary Yoga!
A 75mn class - Yogalates is a hybrid class that engages the mental being just as much as the physical being, allowing for participants to grow from the inside out. It is 100% mat-based and is anatomically focus on building power from the core. Just as in yoga, proper breathing techniques are be taught and employed. The class closes with a final savasana."
Restore, Heal & Relax Yoga
This soothing Friday evening class will help you make the transition from human doing to human being. A blend of gentle and deliberate movements, pranayama (yogic breathing), guided relaxation, and supported poses using bolsters, blocks and other yoga props will open the body and dissolve physical and mental tension. You’ll leave refreshed and ready for the weekend. For all levels of yoga experience.
Prior yoga practice recommended.
This mixed level class is ideal for those students that feel comfortable and confident moving through basic poses. The poses will flow from one to another more quickly than on the beginner's level 1 class, therefore, students will be practicing more poses. Attendees should be aware that the teacher may not demonstrate everything, and may instead call out either the English or Sanskrit names of each pose. Expect to practice the basic poses from level one, but with some challenging poses added into the mix that require more strength, flexibility, and balance such as inversions, arm balancing and back bends.
Gentle & Beginners Yoga
Stretch and strengthen the body while you calm the mind in this nurturing practice. Pranayama (yogic breathing), gentle and deliberate movement, and guided relaxation will increase flexibility, balance, centeredness and well-being. For any level student who wants a healing class and ideal on high-stress or lower-energy days.
Slow flow is practiced at a slower pace than regular Vinyasa style classes. You begin by centering in the breath in a seated or reclined position so that you can connect mind, body, and soul. Mindfully arranged so that each asana, posture, or movement offers a bridge between Beginner's Yoga and Vinyasa, expanding on Sun Salutations, building heat in flowing asana sequences. As the class goes on and the body begins to open up, the teacher will guide you to keep in tune with the intentions of your heart so that each movement is “placed in a special way.” Open to beginners and those wishing to broaden their horizons in the practice of yoga.

This 75 minute class is full of dynamic, fluids and powerful movements linking yoga postures with emphasis on stimulating the digestive system and circulation.
With uplifting music, practitioners will experience a total body cleanse of toxins, tension and stress caused for a busy lifestyle. The class is practiced in a warm room (77-80 degrees) and is suitable for all levels of practice.
Sequenced flow of postures in a heated room in order to warm the muscles and joints for a safer, deeper stretch while working with the internal organs to release toxins. Students are encouraged to work at their own pace recognizing that the process of safely doing it “your way” is just as rewarding as “nailing” the posture. Please bring water and a towel.
New to the practice. Experience is not required.
The best bet for new or beginner practitioners. It's also an appropriate class for those recovering from an injury, are feeling low-energy, or are pregnant (although you'll have to make modifications to some poses). Expect to do a slower-paced flow of basic, common postures such as Downward Facing Dog, the hamstring openers, and seated forward bends. In this level 1 class, the teacher will demonstrate poses as they call out the English or Sanskrit names, to help you become familiar with them. The teacher may also begin to introduce more challenging poses as the student is ready. Modifications and adjustments will be offered thru the class.
