KIDS YOGA (ages 5 to 10)

Give your child the opportunity to build balance, coordination, and flexibility this summer! Our certified teachers will guide a kid-friendly series of yoga postures catered to their growing bodies, all while learning important principles and teaching, such as self-love, self-care, and respect for their community. Basic anatomy and introductory breathing techniques will be interwoven with yoga games and fun poses.
This is also a great opportunity for parents/caregivers to leave their children in our care for an hour while you get a little time to yourself or meet other moms and dads in the community.

This class will include:
Techniques to focus the mind including breathing, visualization, and guided relaxation.
Partner poses to build social skills.
Playful yoga poses that improve coordination, body awareness, balance, and flexibility.

Parents/Caregivers when registering online, please register under your own name as you will be asked to sign a liability waiver for your children. Class size is limited to 12 children.

YOGA FOR TEENS AND YOUNG ATHLETES (ages 11-14)

The teenage years are a transitional time marked by lots of change. Yoga offers teens a way to find a

stable ground as well as acceptance of these life changes. This class empowers the individual, strengthens the body,


stimulates the mind to be taken into young adulthood.


Every Monday Starting June 11

Time: 4PM to 4.45PM



***Please allow yourself enough to arrive on time to pick up your child at 4.45PM as we have another class immediately after this one.
