​Integrated Holistic Hatha Yoga 200 Hours


​​​​Join our team of experienced teachers  and holistic professionals with over 20 years of experience, in a small  and intimate setting, while they guide you on a self exploration and radical transformation journey.


You will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge on asana (poses), pranayama (breath work), meditation, anatomy, philosophy and history of yoga, sequencing,  the business of yoga, and more. 


The training will provide you with the opportunity to build community around the science of yoga and service, and develop communication and leadership skills honoring your unique voice  and style
.

HOW DO I APPLY FOR AN SCHOLARSHIP?


Scholarships are an important part of our mission is to make yoga accessible to everybody and empower our students to find “dharma”. At HPYS, we humbly leveraging our privilege to support others and pass good Karma to the world. Our scholarships and grants are partial and funds are limited. Awards are based on financial need and other hardship as well as plans to serve.  
​If you can afford to, please consider paying for the training in full.  This allows us to continue offering the grants to others as our funds are limited. Please complete the application form and let us know how will you put your yoga training in service action. 


WHAT KIND OF CREDENTIALS WOULD I RECEIVE?


Graduates whom completed the 2 modules will received: 
•    International credentials to teach yoga & meditation thru Yoga Alliance.
•    International credential as Reiki practitioner Level I & II. ($200 value)

•   Job opportunity to be part of the studio's selected teachers faculty to lead classes, programs and events within our extended network of community partners.  



WHAT IS THE INVESTMENT? WHAT ELSE WOULD I RECEIVE? 


160 hours focusing on Sadhana [self-study] to deepen your personal practice: $2250 
40 hours focusing on Seva [Yoga in action service] to teach and guide students in yoga experiences: $625 (Lodging and 3 meals per day included).


  • Deposit: $450 (non-refundable)
  • Early bird until 12/31: $250 OFF of Sadhana module. Total $2000 for the module  - The discount will be effective after you make the deposit.
  • Monthly payments & installments plans are available.  There is a 3% fee for credit/debit card payments after your deposit.


We cannot stress how important your personal practice will be. It will be the key to fully understanding the fundaments of our integrated program.   To help facilitate your studies the following benefits are included in your HPYS Teacher Training program:

  • Complimentary 2 of the 5 requirement books for the program.
  • 50% discount on monthly memberships, class packages & workshops from acceptance to completion of certification.
  • 20% discount on massages and reiki sessions. 
  • 20% discount of retail purchases through final day of training on props, essential oils and many more products.

​WHAT DATES, TIMES AND FOR  HOW LONG IS THE TRAINING? 


We will meet:
Sadhana [self-study]: 160 hours.

26 weeks once a week from Feb. 06 to July 31. Each session is 3 to 3 ½ hours to complete 80 hours of the curriculum.
5 weekends once a month from March to July, each weekend session is 16 hours to complete 80 hours of the curriculum.


Seva [Yoga in action service] 40 hours:  

In this module you will immerse into service & empowerment. In a 3-day yoga retreat setting (local in FL), We will work together on self-exploration and radical transformation through social justice education, development of effective communication, leadership skills, and development of your own vision plan of your yoga teaching style. This will bring your vision into action!

HOW DO I RESERVE MY SPOT? 


Please complete your application and email Lorerna or call to set up your 30mn interview (via phone, skype or in person) to ask any question you have about the training, retreat, payments and scholarships. After your application is submitted and approve we will ask you to make the non-refundable deposit of $450 to reserve your spot. 


Our integrated program is unlike any other offered in the area, incorporating multiple energy therapies and yoga in service and action.


WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE TRAINING? ​​


We have two modules and routes to follow: 
160 hours focus on Sadhana [self-study] to deepen your personal practice and,
40 hours focus on Seva [Yoga in action service] to teach and guide students in a suitable yoga lifestyle.

After these modules you will be empowered by knowledge and understanding of the yoga tradition and philosophy.

The trainees who complete the module of the program focusing on Sadhana and are interested in becoming teachers will continue their education for the additional 40 hours of the Seva module to learn how to take the concepts they’ve learned into their role as a yoga guide.

Sadhana [self-study]: 160 hours.

Topics included but not limited to:

  • Yoga anatomy & physiology
  • Yoga effective teaching methodology
  • Yoga for special populations.
  • Yoga philosophy & healthy lifestyle.
  • Reiki, Chakras, Pachas & Subtle Energy.
  • Intuitive alignments and class development.
  • Healthy diet, effective nutrition.
  • Yoga in action service & the developing of your own vision of social involvement into action.


Seva [Yoga in action service] 40 hours:
Topics include but not limited to:

  • Finding purpose in yoga - Living my Dharma as a teacher.
  • Yoga in modern days - The business, the charity and social justice.
