
200-Hour Yoga Certification
This training consists of 7 required modules with a minimum of 160 hours credits and 2 elective modules with a maximum of 40 hours credit, taken in any order that will provide sustainable stages to learn how to teach yoga and meditation for diverse populations. Each module includes several classroom and practice teaching hours.

What Will You Learn?
Lorena and her team of qualified faculty and guest teachers with over 4 decades of experience are aware that most authentic teaching comes from deep personal experience.
Our program is done in small and intimate setting where we guaranty to provide a safe environment for self-exploration and radical transformational journey.
You will study our 22 foundation asanas (poses) and 6 core pranayama (breathing) techniques, explore yoga philosophy, learn yoga anatomy, practice teaching. You will also learn how and when to offer modifications of poses, a clear understanding of contraindications, and how to build series of classes with dynamic levels of difficulty and so much more.
After the training, you will have the skills to teach a sustainable yoga class and take your yoga career
to a wide variety of populations and environments.

Unlike any other program in the area, you will have the opportunity to lead yoga classes
in our studio and corporate events after graduation.

Graduates who complete the 9 modules (seven required and two elective) and successfully pass the
final test will receive a certificate of completion and all the requirements to apply for
credentials to teach yoga thru Yoga Alliance.

This module trains you to offer posture modifications that create a safe environment for students with needs. You will learn develop valuable skills for working one-on-one and for meeting individual students’ needs in a group setting

Learn the basic concepts of pranayama and meditation while gaining teaching experience of these breathing and concentration techniques that are designed to revitalize the physical and energetic bodies.

This elective hands-on module will teach you how to prepare and build multidimensional levels of Vinyasa classes, using asana and meditation in motion. Learn safe techniques of assisting based on energetic alignment principles and modifications that will support your students both on and off the mat.

Retreat Setting:
The modules begin at 10 am on opening day and end at 1 PM on the last day

In this 3-day yoga retreat module (local in FL), you will immerse in integration & empowerment. We will work together on self-exploration and radical transformation through effective communication and leadership skills, and development of your own vision plan of your yoga teaching style. This will bring your vision into action.

An ongoing module mixed with virtual sessions, one to one mentorship sessions and supervised practice teaching sessions that be focus on safety, joint movement, range of motion, and a functional understanding of the physical and etheric systems and structures of the human body.
ADMISSION TO THE PROGRAM FEE
This amount will be use as credit towards required modules. You have up to 18 months to complete require modules after acceptance to the program.
6-MONTH PATH
EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION
Last day for registration January 15, 2020.
When you registered on the training in the 6-month path (February to July) and before January 15, 2020, you will receive $500 credit towards the training.

After the full amount of the admission fee is applied towards required modules, you can either pay the remaining balance via check or credit card or pay as you go before your next module. Our admin team will work closely with you to avoid any stress to the process.
